Membership Terms
* Membership Duration: Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
* Membership Fees: Membership fees are visible on the joining page and vary as and when the club committee decides. Fees are due annually and are non-refundable.
* Court Access: Members may access the club’s tennis courts by booking online in advance.
* Fair Use: Members agree to use the courts fairly and in accordance with club policies. Excessive or unreasonable use may result in restrictions or termination of membership.
* Court Etiquette: Members must adhere to proper tennis etiquette, including:
* Respecting other members and staff.
* Avoiding disruptive behaviour.
* Promptly vacating courts after their allotted time.
* Dress Code: Members must adhere to a modest and appropriate dress code. This typically includes:
* Tennis-appropriate attire, such as shorts, skirts, or dresses.
* Shirts or tops with collars.
* Tennis shoes or appropriate athletic footwear.
General Terms
* Termination: The club may terminate a membership at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for other just cause.
* Waiver: The club is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained by members while on the premises. Members assume all risk associated with using the club’s facilities.
* Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
